Overview & Job purpose:
This position acts as a focal point for managing all customer expectations. Specifically, they manage customer engineering development activities, problems, questions and concerns. They coordinate these activities with other internal teams to provide timely and accurate information. This position requires an attention to detail, good listening, understanding, and people skills.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Manage and monitor the project plan to ensure successful completion of the plan activities and delivery of the project on schedule.
Create complete project overview documents internally and with the customer.
Work with the customer to create high level requirements and use cases.
All milestone targets are detailed, managed, met and executed to mutual satisfaction.
Prepare the various achievement reports to be distributed on an agreed timeframe.
Liaise with EU, US and SG teams as required.
Manage and drive local QA processes per project to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
Implement and manage processes and procedures covering configuration management, including Risk & Issues Management, Documentation Management and Product Assurance.
Manage all post installation deployments and track success and failures.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

Specific Job Skills: Has a deep technical knowledge in TCP/IP networking and just as important are well structured and capable to create bigger projects plans and ensure execution. Experience with testing and customer supporting functions. Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, Mac OS, iPhone and Android Platforms. Have the ability to create and review technical documentation that relates to project management and process. Have between 10 to 15 years of experience with a focus on the technical side.

Business and Communication Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major account’s customers and large projects.
